Position Overview

You will play a pivotal role in driving our company’s growth and success. Your responsibilities will encompass leading direct Audience clients, non-Mediabrands agencies, and all pitch and new business endeavours. In this capacity, you will be instrumental in shaping our solution and product offering framework, developing a robust pricing model, and establishing efficient ways of working.

Your collaborative nature will be essential as you work across diverse teams, effectively coordinating resources and ensuring a comprehensive understanding of how our products and solutions synergize. Your expertise and strategic thinking will be instrumental in driving innovation and delivering exceptional results for our clients.

The right candidate is an exceptionally self-motivated problem-solver with a positive attitude and the ability to work well as a team. You have excellent communication, project management, business analysis, approach situations with a win-win stance, and you are a great critical thinker. You feel empowered through passion and commitment to deliver solutions and products with your finest craftmanship.

Responsibilities

Agency/Client:

1. Lead for IPG Non Mediabrands’ engagements
   1. Education and consulting on data and product
   2. Overseeing E2E project delivery
   3. Resources from GCC to support
   4. Leading the direct client Chase account

New Business / pitch Audience Lead

1. Primary contact for Audience Data and Support for new business pitches.
   1. Assess needs and role of KSO in pitch
   2. Include other team resources as needed to deliver

Audience Solutions Practice

1. Support Continual Improvement of Audience Solutions process and deliverables
   1. Evaluation of new data sources, expanding use cases to be supported
   2. Collateral that clearly demonstrates capabilities
   3. Process and best practice playbooks to educate agency partners
   4. Mentor junior team members

Required Skills and Experience 

• Proven track record of delivering data driven solutions with a customer-first mindset.
• Self-driven, motivated, and purpose-led individual
• Collaboration, including ability to drive clarity in a multi-stakeholder environment
• Adaptable to fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas to both external and internal clients, and ability and comfort with presenting to senior level clients.
• Demonstrated success in managing analytical, commercial, and emotional elements of a client relationship
• Experience with breadth of analytics partners across channels, industries and consumer funnel,
• Expertise across different methodologies for audience creation, segmentation and measurement
• Knowledge of building advanced models and processing large data sets using R, SQL, or Python
• Deep understanding of the roles and functionality of platforms and processes across the agency/client analytics ecosystem, data and ad tech ecosystem essential with a focus on media metrics.

The salary range for this position is posted below.  Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee’s/applicant’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
