Responsibilities
  • Partner with department leaders to understand daily operations in resident care, dining, maintenance, sales, and administration
  • Learn to manage budgets, staffing, and strategic initiatives that support community excellence
  • Participate in leadership meetings, compliance audits, and state licensure preparation
  • Build relationships with residents, families, and staff to foster a culture of hospitality and service
  • Complete all required training and documentation to meet licensure standards for a nursing home administrator
