The LCS Professional Development Program is a program that puts individuals on the fast track for success in the world of senior living. The Professional Development Program prepares individuals to become a licensed nursing home administrator at the conclusion of the training year. This is a full-time opportunity that offers on the job training in an LCS managed community under the direct supervision of an experienced preceptor/mentor.

What You’ll Do:
- Partner with department leaders to understand daily operations in resident care, dining, maintenance, sales, and administration.
- Learn to manage budgets, staffing, and strategic initiatives that support community excellence.
- Participate in leadership meetings, compliance audits, and state licensure preparation.
- Build relationships with residents, families, and staff to foster a culture of hospitality and service.
- Complete all required training and documentation to meet licensure standards for a nursing home administrator
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, gerontology, or related field (required)
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a passion for serving seniors
- Ability to collaborate, think strategically, and drive results in fast-paced environment
- Willingness to relocate for training assignment
- Commitment to completing state specific AIT program requirements and pursuing licensure
