Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years insurance brokerage experience, with minimum 2 years leadership experience.
  • Level 2 General Insurance License and an industry designation (CAIB, CIP, FCIP, CRM).
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with a sharp attention to detail and accuracy.
Responsibilities
  • Provide a positive work environment that attracts, retains, and motivates talent.
  • Support the team in achieving their highest performance potential.
  • Responsible for assisting branch manager (or overseeing objectives in absence of management onsite) and ensuring that daily service commitments are met.
  • Able to answer client and associate questions, handle service/call escalations, answers phone inquiries, complete special projects, train new hires, and assist in creating processes.
  • Maintains necessary relationship with employees to ensure quality service standards are met.
  • Utilize most current centralized reference tools to help make decisions or follow appropriate commercial lines procedures.
  • Other job responsibilities as required.
