Current student (or recent graduate) pursuing a degree in Architecture, Architectural Studies, Construction Management, Urban Planning, or related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable conducting structured interviews and taking thorough notes.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and basic database entry.
Ability to read and understand architectural/landscape drawings (preferred but not required).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently with guidance.
Responsibilities
Conduct structured interviews with the Director of Design Review to capture knowledge for each lot.
Review, organize, and digitize existing lot files (construction plans, permits, variances, landscaping documents, etc.).
Enter structured data and upload documents into HOA Life for all 563 lots.
Maintain accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
Work under supervision of the Project Lead and provide weekly progress updates.
Assist in creating a long-term Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for maintaining architectural records.
