  • High school diploma, plus five years of applicable professional experience
  • Associates of Arts, Associates of Science, Bachelor of Arts, or Bachelor of Science is preferred
  • Background in project support
  • Familiarity with Office tools and project management processes
  • Familiarity with the manner in which work is performed by multiple NASA centers, international partners, multiple contractors and university-affiliated personnel is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Managing the day to day operations of the office
  • Organizing and maintaining files and records
  • Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Preparing and editing correspondence, reports and presentations
  • Making travel and guest arrangements
  • Coordinating strategic plans, project plans, presentations, reports, and position papers
  • Coordinating responses to NASA and external agency requests
  • Monitoring and documenting actions from telecoms and meetings, as required
