Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of two years field sales experience required (Must be recent, within last 2-4 years).
  • Minimum of two years relationship management experience.
  • Proven experience managing a minimum of 50 prospective customers at any given time.
  • Proven negotiation and closing skills.
  • Strong communication skills with stakeholders (decision makers, C-levels, etc.).
  • Ability to demonstrate critical thinking.
  • Working knowledge of G-suite applications.

  • Must be located in Minneapolis or St. Paul, Minnesota; this role is remote.
  • Territory includes Wisconsin, Minnesota, parts of North and South Dakota.
Responsibilities
  • Increase customer base in assigned territory.
  • Outbound prospecting in the field.
  • Develop lead sources and channel partnerships.
  • Partner with Solutions Engineer to develop complex solutions.
  • Effectively position Auctane’s suite of products and differentiate competitively.
  • Grow an assigned book of business by annually increasing portfolio revenue through new logo acquisition.
  • Prepare strategic plans for top customers annually.
  • Introduce upgrades and new features where applicable.
  • Limit managed account churn by developing multi-layered solutions within accounts.
  • Leverage field presence to add value on-site.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Manager and Solutions Engineer.
  • Build strong internal and external customer relationships by developing a network of champions at prospects and customers.
  • Lead the development and success of our customers, aligning with their business goals and negotiating issues if necessary.
  • Be an industry expert and advocate by communicating product value and advising on industry news, innovations, trends, and best practices.
Desired Qualifications
  • Top performance in prior role(s).
  • Passion for prospecting and winning new customers as well as managing an existing customer base.
  • Proven experience in carrier, logistics, and e-commerce technology.
  • Experience with existing Auctane clients or potential customers.
