Responsibilities
  • Spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive integration plans that align acquisitions with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Direct a diverse, cross-functional team to comprehensively manage integration activities across human resources, finance, operations, technology, and corporate culture.
  • Lead the due diligence process to identify opportunities and mitigate risks associated with acquisitions.
  • Establish robust performance metrics to evaluate integration progress, regularly reviewing and adjusting strategies to ensure targets are met or surpassed.
  • Act as the primary liaison for all integration-related communications, providing regular status updates to senior leadership.
  • Drive change management strategies that promote a cohesive corporate culture post-acquisition.
  • Develop and refine best-in-class integration processes.
