Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on global HR operations and strategic HR business partnering.
  • Strong knowledge of HR metrics, scorecards, and performance management methodologies.
  • Experience in workforce planning, talent acquisition, and organizational development.
  • Familiarity with global compliance, internal audit, and risk assessment processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for various strategic and operational HR initiatives, including global headcount tracking, program management of HR metrics and scorecards, workforce planning, compliance and risk assessments, and acting as a key liaison to the Enterprise Centers of Expertise.
  • Play a crucial role as an HR partner for key Supply Chain leaders, providing guidance and support in all HR-related matters.
  • Serve as an HR partner for key Supply Chain leaders, providing guidance and support on various HR matters, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Oversee the Global Footprint program, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure effective management and execution of the program.
  • Lead the program management of HR metrics, scorecards, and performance rhythms for the HR function, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage global headcount tracking, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on employee numbers across all regions and business units.
  • Drive workforce planning efforts, collaborating with business leaders to identify current and future risks and opportunities, and developing strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Support global compliance, internal audit, and risk assessments, ensuring HR policies and practices align with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Act as a key liaison to the Enterprise Centers of Expertise, collaborating on HR initiatives, sharing best practices, and ensuring alignment with global HR strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in HR, and proactively recommend innovative solutions to enhance HR processes and practices.
