Responsibilities
  • Understand clients’ most important needs and provide an outstanding customer experience while ensuring maximum value from our products and services.
  • Build lasting relationships with public sector clients and identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Take client feedback and collaborate with Sales and Development teams to ensure an optimal experience with Citian products.
