Requirements
  • Previous experience in facilities coordination, administration, or similar.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and process.
  • Customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well within a small team and build strong relationships.
Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for maintenance and facilities requests.
  • Manage and maintain CMMS systems for preventative and reactive work orders.
  • Support the Facilities Manager with daily administrative and operational tasks.
  • Conduct inspections and contribute to compliance reporting.
  • Liaise with subcontractors, vendors, and site stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with client meetings, reporting, and minute-taking.
  • Contribute as a supportive and reliable member of a close-knit team.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in correctional, government, or high-security environments.
  • Knowledge of CMMS systems.
  • Trade background or facilities management qualifications.
