Requirements
  • Knowledge of broadband, security, voice, wireless, and key systems

Responsibilities
  • Install and repair broadband, security, access control, wireless, key systems (phone systems), and voice services for residential and business customers
  • Use fiber and copper infrastructure to set up and maintain systems, test equipment, and program devices
  • Troubleshoot service issues, wiring problems, faulty equipment, and network disruptions
  • Provide product training to customers on installed services
  • Complete service documentation including work orders, reports, billing, and timesheets
  • Maintain a clean and stocked service vehicle and ensure proper use of company tools and equipment
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for repair and emergency service
  • Operate company vehicles, including a bucket truck, and follow safety protocols for ladders and fall protection
