  • 7-15+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development at a high-growth company, including at least 2 with leadership experience
  • First Head of Sales, OR Director+ at Series A; Scaled from $XM to $XXM/through multiple stages of growth
  • Experience in a SaaS company with onsite integration, selling to marketing leadership
  • Experience in ecomm enablement
Responsibilities
  • Scale and lead the Sales and Business Development teams
  • Set targets and strategy
  • Own the optimization of Beam’s existing Sales playbook, especially by vertical
  • Coach Senior Account Executives in obstacle removal and salescycle acceleration
  • Cultivate and close new partner relationships
  • Identify and cultivate creative channel partnerships to tap into networks of like-minded brands
  • Refine pricing strategy as we scale
  • Pitch and test new verticals
  • Synthesize partner requests into potential new features, and with our Product and Partner Success teams to add requested new features to our product roadmap

Beam Impact allows consumers to support charitable causes through their everyday purchases by linking their debit or credit cards to its platform. When users shop at partner brands, a portion of their spending is automatically donated to a nonprofit organization of their choice, at no extra cost. This model not only helps brands fulfill their corporate social responsibility goals but also attracts socially-conscious consumers.
