  • Our paid Internship Program provides real-world experience for students who are interested in the live entertainment industry
  • After finishing this program, you will have gained broad experience in various aspects live entertainment business
  • You can also expect to apply your academic learning to real-world situations and cultivate your leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • This is a part-time position, up to 25 hours per week
Responsibilities
  • Primary function will be to maintain tour documents and support the tour director functions which works closely with all of the information below
  • Maintain Master calendar routings
  • Compile Merch rates grids
  • Artist analysis
  • Review Scaling maps
  • Review Ticket Counts
  • Maintain Artist hit list
  • Analyzing price resistance
  • Learning how to read audits
  • Update Artist pipeline
  • Maintain competitive tracker
  • Understanding the function of how a tour is planned and executed. From the intial steps of identifying an artist and how to decide which rooms they should play to routing, analziying business plans, ticket prices, maintaing P&L documents, assets needed for marketing and deal structures. What is the philosophy of building a touring career for an artist
Desired Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited College or University; Preferably in a field related to the internship you are applying for
  • Junior or Senior standing
  • Previous experience preferred (school, internship, or professional)
  • Creative thinker and problem solver
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy
  • A strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs
  • Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50+ lbs. and occasional sitting
