Link Logistics Real Estate is seeking a Business Intelligence Manager to direct our Analytics & Reporting programs. Our Analytics & Reporting team produces products that enable business teams to make data driven decisions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Program Management
Define the development and delivery strategy of multiple programs and projects
Develop and maintain a deep and broad understanding of Link’s business
Engage with business stakeholders to create and manage an efficient programs that equitably handle competing priorities across multiple teams
Define and manage performance measures that build confidence in the programs and projects, and ensure delivered programs meet the needs and goals of the business
Stakeholder Management
Engage with business leaders as their trusted advisor as it relates to delivery
Develop partnerships with key stakeholders and business owners across all components of the platform
Engage user communities in a continuous feedback loop that drives programs and projects forward
Maintain collaborative relationships with the Link Technology and Data teams
Maintain relationships with external partners and vendors that challenge them to deliver world-class service for Link
Project Delivery
Oversee the development of business cases and user requirements
Create and manage program and project control frameworks and artifacts using multiple program and project management methodologies
Create and manage processes to prioritize projects, plan releases, and manage resources across a portfolio of projects
Manage communications with stakeholders, project team, and business and IT management
Technology Operations
Manage delivery of reporting dashboards to business partners
QUALIFICATIONS:
BA/BS Required, Master’s degree preferred (Data Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science, MBA)
6-8 years experience
Expertise in business intelligence
Strong command of SQL, dbt preferred
Experience leading delivery strategy, discovery, and project initiation processes
Leadership and team management skills
Project management or software development expertise including multiple delivery methodologies
Ability to concisely articulate problems and analyze solution alternatives
Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship building skills
Knowledge of real estate industry and CRE technology
$160,000 - $165,000 represents the presently anticipated base compensation pay range for this position at Link. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
