  • Communicate thoughtfully to provide answers to technical and non-technical questions
  • Diagnose and resolve software issues
  • Provide support and guidance on non-technical related questions
  • Effectively communicate with all Klaviyo customers
  • Document troubleshooting and problem resolution steps
