Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, health care, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience with a proven track record of success as an ISA, BDR or SDR (inside sales agent, business development representative, sales development representative) in remote/virtual sales to physician practices
  • Excellent mentor, writing, discovery and presentation skills
  • Consistent track record of achieving personal and team goals
  • Ability to build interpersonal rapport rapidly and overcome common objections
  • Good listener with a love for people and relationships, confidence in establishing new connections and building rapport with a long-term view
  • History of thriving in a rapidly-changing environment
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com - CRM, familiarity with sales engagement tools like Outreach.io
  • Collaborative, supportive and candid with teammates; proactive in asking questions and eager to lend a helping hand
  • Sound judgment in managing focus, juggling multiple priorities and knowing when to escalate
  • Desire to think beyond their immediate team and contribute to making Aledade holistically better (active engagement in D&I efforts, culture initiatives, facilitating training, leading roundtables, etc.)
  • Based in the United States and willing to travel, as needed
Responsibilities
  • 50% focus on coaching, training, onboarding and directly managing a team of 5-6 direct reports in your specific region
  • Lead the interview and hiring process of Outreach Specialists
  • Mentor and coach direct reports and other Aledaders on Growth team through a management relationship, including but not limited to call shadowing opportunities, regular pipeline management sessions, and development of SDR skillset
  • Responsible for regional team hitting targeted growth goals and driving new business into the funnel
  • Work with the Director of Growth Development on developing strategies and campaigns to drive results in your region
  • Independently manage multiple projects at various stages to fill the funnel of business; including but not limited to booking initial meetings/creating opportunities with qualified independent primary care practices via outbound/inbound prospecting
  • Training proficiency in delivering detailed but concise training content on complex material to engaging with prospects to explore needs, introduce Aledade, qualify fit and intent, and arrange schedule meetings with Network Development Leads
  • Own monitoring of the daily priorities and other various dashboards in SFDC; measuring to metrics in your teams 1:1's
  • Work with your team and leadership to discuss, plan and implement improvements
  • Working cross functionally with the content team to own and update outreach.io with new email templates and sequences for the inside sales team
  • Assist with identifying missing content pieces and proactively thinking about future messaging and content creation
  • Owning success of your region in achieving key performance metrics and goals
  • 50% focus on upsell opportunities for current Aledade practices offering new lines of business
  • Manage the research and follow-up on regionally specific Inbound Marketing Leads
  • Engaging with prospects to explore needs, introduce Aledade, qualify fit and intent, and arrange schedule meetings with Network Development Leads
  • In the boutique and small segments taking the practice through the entire sales cycle, including opportunity creation and the pitch
  • Collaborating with regional Growth team stakeholders to review performance and adjust strategies/tactics. Learning continuously about value-based care, the needs of independent practices, and to Aledade's business model, capabilities and approach to ACO management
