Job Summary: The HRBP for Warhouse is responsible for managing the recruitment, onboarding, and administration of temporary staff who are employed in frontline positions. This role ensures that temporary workers are effectively integrated into the organization and that all HR processes comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Coordinate the recruitment process for temporary frontline workers, including posting job advertisements, screening candidates, and conducting initial interviews.
- Manage the onboarding process for temporary staff, including orientation, training, and the completion of necessary paperwork.
- Ensure all temporary workers receive appropriate safety and job-specific training.

Administration and Compliance:
- Maintain accurate records for temporary workers, including employment contracts, time sheets, and compliance documentation.
- Monitor compliance with labor laws and company policies, including adherence to work hours, safety regulations, and other legal requirements.
- Address any issues related to compliance, including working with external agencies if necessary.

Employee Support and Relations:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for temporary workers regarding HR-related questions and concerns.
- Assist with resolving any workplace issues or conflicts that may arise among temporary staff.
- Provide guidance on company policies and procedures to temporary workers.

Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor the performance and attendance of temporary workers, providing feedback and support as needed.
- Work with supervisors to address performance issues and manage corrective actions.

Reporting and Metrics:
- Prepare reports on temporary staffing metrics, such as headcount, turnover, and compliance.
- Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improving the management of temporary workers.

Administrative Duties:
- Handle general administrative tasks such as processing payroll for temporary workers, managing documentation, and coordinating schedules.
- Assist with planning and organizing events or activities for temporary staff, if applicable.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of HR experience, experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar operational environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, and compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and managers.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with HRIS systems and HR metrics analysis.
- Mandarin speaking is preferred.
