- Hands-on experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) environments

- Provide Tier I and Tier II technical support for end-users, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop systems in accordance with DoD security requirements.
- Support Microsoft Windows OS, Active Directory, Microsoft Office Suite, and common DoD applications (e.g., SIPR/NIPR systems, CAC authentication).
- Assist with account creation, permission management, and security group administration in Active Directory.
- Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity policies (e.g., STIGs, RMF, DISA guidelines).
- Support patch management, antivirus updates, and system hardening for endpoint security.
- Coordinate with network, server, and cybersecurity teams to resolve system and connectivity issues.
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and assist with asset management.
- Document support issues and resolutions in ticketing systems such as Remedy, ServiceNow, or similar.
