Who You Are
You are a motivated operations professional who is passionate about quality, customer experience and flawless execution. You excel at communication in a cross functional workspace, and have experience managing projects, executing quality assurance reviews, identifying and overcoming obstacles, and working with 3rd party vendors. You are a self motivated problem solver, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can help a business meet it’s growth objectives.
What You’ll Do
- Experienced professional role providing specialized guidance/ assistance to function supported
- Executes quality improvement reviews of core business activities in accordance with the quality plan.
- Uses sound analytical skills and possesses product, business and technical expertise to execute assigned quality review.
- Independently executes assigned quality review and demonstrates ability to identify trends and has sound project management skills.
- Works with team and shares challenges and learnings from quality review, and also provides inputs for automation and simplification.
- Provides subject matter expertise and/or input to projects/initiatives as a representative for area of specialization, and where necessary participate in identifying, designing and testing solutions and supporting implementation activities
- Develops and delivers presentations/communications to management or broader audience
- Adheres to internal policies/procedures and applicable regulatory guidelines, contribute to the review of internal processes and activities and assist in identifying potential opportunities to improve operational efficiencies
- Identifies variances and contribute to the analysis, due diligence and implementation of initiatives and/or business operations within defined area of responsibility
- Supports development and/or/implementation of standards, policies, procedures, and solutions that mitigate risk and maximize availability of service, efficiency and effectiveness
What You’ll Need
- 3-5 years of proven experience in a professional environment
- Experience with credit card products is preferred
- 2+ years of quality assurance experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Project support/management experience desired
- Experience working in a cross functional environment a plus
- Proficient in MS Office tools
