We are looking for a In Room Dining Waiter for the 2025 season to join our Room Service team.

The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. He / she is willing to provide authentic and luxury dining experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community.

He/She should have exceptional taste and exemplary customer service skills.

He/She reports to In Room Dining Supervisor.

Main duties & responsibilities:

• Anticipate guests’ needs and handle complaints to provide an excellent and personalized room service experience.
• Provide food and beverage service in guest rooms, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure orders are correct and presented beautifully
• Personalize the in-room bar offer
• Establish good relationships with guests, handling requests and inquiries promptly.
• Ensure that the quality of service meets the high LQA and Belmond standards.

Other requirements:

• Requirements for Room Service Supervisor:
• Fluent in English and Italian; a third language preferred
• Previous professional experience in the same role within a luxury environment
• Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally
• HACCP certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and handle guest complaints effectively
• Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness and presentation

Belmond and you:

• We offer seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo - Level 4, In Room Dining Waiter
• Start date: April 2025 to End date: November 2025, with the aim of a continuous collaboration over subsequent seasons at Splendido and a career path.
• Salary as by CCNL + increase based on seniority and skill level (around € 1.950,00 / monthly gross) + separate payslip for 13°,14° and TFR
