- Be responsible for profit-and-loss activities.
- Manage operational policies, objectives, and initiatives to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Establish operating policies to mitigate risk.
- Provide leadership to develop new customers and maintain the existing customer base.
- Manage emergency responses for operational problems.
- Create estimates and workloads for bids and new job sites.
