Senior Sommelier

As a Senior Sommelier at The Cadogan you will join our fantastic bar team who look after each other, our amazing property and our guests.

Primary Responsibilities Include  

• Curate and manage the hotel’s wine list, ensuring a diverse and high-quality selection.  

• Conduct wine tasting and provide recommendations to guests based on their preferences and the menu.  

• Collaborate with the F&B team to create wine pairings that complement the dishes served.  

• Train and mentor staff on wine service, by liaising with management including proper storage, handling and presentation.  

• Maintain inventory and manage wine cellar operations, including ordering and receiving items.
