Required Skills
  • ACA / ACCA / CIMA Qualified or equivalent
  • Experience in a senior finance role with a focus on international operations, particularly within the EMEA region
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication abilities, including conveying complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience with Sage ERP or Netsuite is a significant plus
  • AdTech or consumption business model experience is a significant plus
  • Ability to collaborate and influence across multiple organizational levels
  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the organization's objectives and key results for the EMEA region
  • Oversee the budgeting process for the EMEA region, collaborating closely with department heads and the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis to set ambitious financial targets
  • Prepare comprehensive regional financial statements, budget variance analysis, and other relevant reports for executive management
  • Provide insights to guide strategic decision-making at both regional and corporate levels
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with local and international regulations
  • Implement and monitor regional internal controls to mitigate financial risks
  • Manage regional cash forecasts and banking relationships to optimize the region's cash use
  • Ensure timely compliance with statutory legal and tax filings
  • Lead and develop the regional finance team, providing mentorship and guidance
  • Communicate financial performance, strategies, and risks effectively to stakeholders, including executive leadership, board members, and investors
  • Build strong relationships with external partners, financial institutions, auditors, and regulatory bodies in the EMEA region
