We have implemented Workday and Adaptive as the new ERP and reporting systems, and have an opportunity for an experienced Workday Financial Senior Associate to join our Finance team, based in London. This is a Workday FINS role and in this role, you will provide post go-live support and enhancement of the Workday solutions and supporting and enhancing our existing Workday deployment solution. If you have experience with HCM or general Finance and FP&A, this role is not for you. We are specifically looking for candidates with a strong background in Workday FINS.
What you will do:
- Manage Workday FINS for a global company, including day-to-day operational support, business as usual, and Workday FINS projects.
- Provide technical and functional support for the implemented finance, IT, procurement, and expense business processes
- Monitor Workday weekly releases, assessing and testing semi-annual updates to ensure continued data integrity and business process operation
- Manage any tickets and resolving tickets raised from Finance and all of MiQ
- Manage Adaptive administration
- Build relationships with the global finance team and global business partners
- Support the delivery of configuration changes, reviewing new system features and supporting delivery
- Develop and delivering articles in the Help center to ensure successful adoption of system changes
- Manage the relationships with third parties supporting MiQ’s Workday
- Drive Workday best practices
What you’ll bring:
- Must have over 2-3 yrs of experience with Workday administration, configuration, and optimization for Finance, certification a plus.
- 1 years of experience of Adaptive
- Experience in Adaptive implementation projects (FINS and HCM)
- Experience in post go live support
- A strong understanding of financial systems and finance business processes, including support processes
- Understand data security principles and experience implementing security measures within Workday
- A can-do attitude, with a dream to grow alongside us.
