  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 8 years related experience or Master's Degree with 6 years related experience.
  • Must have demonstrated leadership and teambuilding experience.
  • Fundamental Configuration Management Principles knowledge.
  • Experience with CAD Modeling in CREO and NX.
  • Experience with PLM system, Windchill and Teamcenter.
  • Thorough understanding of Model Based Engineering (MBE).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
  • US Citizenship required.
Responsibilities
  • Manage workflow in the team to meet cost budgets and schedule deadlines
  • Maintaining appropriate staffing levels that commensurate with dynamic workloads
  • Coordinate drafting needs with engineering managers, project engineers and program managers
  • Establishing and maintaining standards and procedures for generation of models and associated drawings
  • Collaborate with configuration management to ensure proper data configuration control, managing CAD Software configuration
  • Plan and manage employee training and development, and employee performance evaluations
  • Develop and collect metrics to support cost estimating for future work
  • Develop plan to increase first time quality of group and conform to ASME requirements
