Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a forward-looking strategy for the air booking platform, meeting the specialized needs of luxury travel advisors and their discerning clients.
  • Manage the platform’s profit and loss statement, optimizing revenue opportunities and ensuring sustained profitability.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and user experience teams to create a high-performing, user-friendly platform that redefines air travel booking standards.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive offerings, and technological advancements to keep the platform at the forefront of the air travel industry.
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to enhance platform utilization, while cultivating strategic relationships with airline executives and key industry stakeholders.
  • Oversee platform operations, ensuring fare accuracy, schedule reliability, and adherence to aviation industry regulations and best practices.
  • Utilize performance metrics and user data to refine platform features, pricing strategies, and business approaches.
  • Work closely with other TripArc business units to align the air platform with the company’s overarching goals and initiatives.
