- Knowledgeable about social media platforms from the brand perspective, including TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram
- Deeply engaged in WEBTOON and entertainment, especially with action, fantasy, anime, and gaming
- Thrives on producing entertaining, trending content that resonates with Gen-Z audiences
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and execute multiple projects with enthusiasm and attention to detail
- Writes copy for social media channels as required (inferred from responsibilities)
- Pitch content ideas and social media partnerships that will entertain and engage action, fantasy, anime, and gaming fans as well as comic fans
- Assist with a large volume of short-form video content to be distributed via TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels
- Write copy for our owned-and-operated channels based on our brand personality
- Assist with marketing campaigns and operations of our Ambassador community
- Recommend new influencers based on audience demographics, social media metrics, and content styles
- Update and track multiple content creation and upload schedules to ensure timely delivery of creative assets
- Schedule, organize, and monitor content performance with social media management tools (e.g. Sprinklr, CreatorIQ)
- Help optimize YouTube thumbnails, video titles, and video descriptions for owned-and-operated and influencer channels
- Other duties and projects as assigned

Wattpad connects a global community of 90 million readers and writers on a social storytelling platform. Users create, share, and discover stories, building a network around serialized and diverse narratives. The platform monetizes through ads, premium subscriptions, and content monetization, including partnerships with entertainment companies to adapt popular stories into books, movies, and TV series via Wattpad Studios. Wattpad Books publishes popular platform stories as physical books worldwide. Unlike many platforms, Wattpad combines user-generated storytelling with media adaptation and traditional publishing, creating multiple revenue streams while expanding audience reach. Its goal is to give diverse voices a path from digital storytelling to broader audiences through publishing and adaptation.
