You will partner closely with senior executives and HR leaders to understand our strategic goals and find candidates to contribute to our company’s growth and innovation. This role requires a strategic thinker who understands the nuances of executive recruiting within the global tech industry and possesses the skills to build relationships with top candidates in a competitive market.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Executive Search and Recruitment
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior and executive roles, focusing on building diverse pipelines that align with the company’s values and strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to define each position's role requirements, competencies, and key success indicators.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract, assess, and hire top executive talent, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process.
• Stakeholder Engagement and Partnerships
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, HR leaders, and hiring managers, providing insights on market trends, candidate availability, and competitive hiring practices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders to understand the company’s talent needs and ensure alignment with recruitment strategies.
• Talent Sourcing and Market Mapping
  • Proactively source and engage with passive candidates using advanced search techniques, networking, and market mapping to identify top executive talent.
  • Maintain a strong external network and continuously build a pipeline of qualified candidates for future leadership opportunities.
• Candidate Assessment and Selection
  • Conduct thorough candidate evaluations, including interviews, competency assessments, and cultural fit analysis.
  • Manage the offer process, including negotiations, offer letters, and closing, ensuring alignment with company policies and executive compensation structures.
• Employer Branding and Candidate Experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen the company’s employer brand and communicate its value proposition to prospective executive candidates.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience, from initial contact to onboarding, to build long-term relationships and foster a positive reputation for Encora.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • 8+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in executive or senior leadership recruitment, preferably in Global Digital Engineering Organizations.
• Skills and Competencies
  • Deep knowledge of executive recruiting best practices, market trends, and the global tech landscape.
  • Proven ability to source, engage, and close high-caliber executive candidates.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills with high professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in sourcing and pipeline management using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and social media platforms.
