Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to customer course/curriculum/textbook inquiries through multiple channels
  • Provide consultation services to prospective customers and help them choose the best course or product
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of all AoPS products
  • Work with school staff, instructional coaches, students, and parents to resolve academic issues
  • Acknowledge, resolve, and document customer complaints and feedback
  • Process parent/student documentation requests
  • Communicate updates to knowledge base and internal policies
  • Interact with multiple departments within the company to resolve customer requests
  • Complete other assigned tasks and responsibilities
