La Section de common law souhaite recruter des personnes qui se démarquent dans la profession juridique. Le candidat ou la candidate doit : être titulaire d’un LL.B. ou d’un J.D. (ou son équivalent) en common law canadienne ; être membre en bonne et due forme du Barreau de l’Ontario (ou d’un autre barreau canadien) ; et disposer d’une expertise reconnue dans le domaine du cours (le fait d’avoir donné ce cours avec succès dans le passé constitue un atout).
