  • 5+ years of previous account management experience required
  • Proven success in managing strategic, integrated campaigns
  • Experience managing project team of 2-3 employees
  • Previous public relations agency experience strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and design best practices and workflows
  • Experience with technology or B2B clients or projects preferred
Responsibilities
  • Support executive team members on branding, public relations and marketing communications projects
  • Serve as a day-to-day contact for clients, maintaining communication, sharing updates, supporting client needs and building trusted relationships
  • Manage workstreams across multiple projects and disciplines, including task delegation, deadline tracking and quality assurance
  • Guide internal teams to develop messaging, outreach strategies and communication plans
  • Contribute to strategy development and support execution of marketing and outreach campaigns, including managing timelines, drafting materials and coordinating logistics
  • Develop engaging content and collateral, including digital and social content
  • Work closely with creative and digital teams to ensure materials align with branding and campaign goals
  • Monitor and flag potential issues; support development of response strategies during crisis or emergency communications
  • Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals and research, as well as attending relevant industry events
  • Stay informed on current technology news and best practices in public relations and communications
  • Additional duties as required
