Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (Master’s or CFA/CFP designation preferred)
  • 6+ years in Wealth Management related financial analysis, investment banking, asset management, or a similar role within wealth management
  • Expert in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Bloomberg, FactSet)
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis abilities; capable of interpreting complex data to guide strategic decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to a diverse audience
  • High level of accuracy in financial analysis and reporting
  • Ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
  • Leads Organizational Governance support to IW Committee Process.
  • Leads Ad hoc Analysis to support Decision making.
  • Provides subject matter expertise to analyze investment options, market trends, and economic data to inform strategy recommendations.
  • Leads preparation and presents Performance reports / Dashboard to support MBR and Board reporting.
  • Identifies opportunities for wealth optimization and risk management, ensuring alignment with clients’ financial goals.
  • Leads Research & Market Intelligence efforts.
  • Takes ownership of monitoring macroeconomic trends, industry news, and regulatory changes impacting wealth management.
  • Takes lead on conducting competitive analysis to understand emerging products, services, and best practices within the wealth management industry.
  • Stays updated on new technologies and tools that could enhance investment strategy and client experience.
  • Uses subject matter expertise to communicate complex financial concepts in a clear, client-friendly manner.
  • Identify and implement improvements to data analysis, reporting processes, and client management tools.
  • Develop templates and tools to streamline strategic planning and analysis processes.
