Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and oversee the global paid social strategy across platforms like TikTok, Meta, Snapchat, Pinterest, Uber Ads, Flip Ads, and Applovin.
  • Manage and inspire a high-performing team, including the Paid Social Creative Lead and Paid Social Coordinator.
  • Set up, QA, and optimise end-to-end campaigns to achieve ambitious revenue and performance goals.
  • Oversee the global paid social budget, ensuring efficient allocation of ad spend to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with the Global Performance Director to drive successful market entry strategies and onboard new paid social platforms.
  • Deliver actionable insights through monthly performance reports, highlighting ROI, creative effectiveness, and testing outcomes.
  • Partner with creative, performance, marketing and analytics teams to seamlessly integrate paid social efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
