- 1–3 years of account executive or closing experience.
- Some outbound prospecting experience.
- Strong customer relationship management discipline using Salesforce and rigorous follow-up.
- Fluent English and French.
- Own a high-volume book of small and medium-sized business accounts with annual recurring revenue of €5k–10k and drive net-new revenue on short sales cycles.
- Work inbound leads and free-trial sign-ups, plus targeted outbound, across a dense pipeline.
- Run discovery calls, product demonstrations, and closing, converting interest into paid plans.
- Maintain rigorous customer relationship management hygiene using Salesforce and accurate forecasting.
- Partner with Customer Success and Renewals for clean hand-offs on closed accounts.
- Consistently hit monthly deal and revenue targets.
- Experience in software as a service and at high account volume.
- Fluency in another European language.
