  • Targeting candidates in the DMV area who are comfortable coming into the office 4+ days a week
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding metrics within a numbers-driven and performance-based environment, and the ability to determine optimal pipeline development activities
  • To be a coach that can hire, train and retain young sales talent to match Appian's growth
  • To be a leader that can run discussions and meetings, balancing competitiveness and collaboration
  • Strong organization and time-management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and competing tasks/priorities
  • A collaborative mindset to provide timely and insightful input back to other corporate functions
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of software sales experience. Sales/Business Development Management experience preferred
