Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact and provide a professional, supportive, and nurturing experience for patients and visitors by telephone and in person.

  • Schedule appointments.
  • Document messages in the electronic medical record system.
  • Verify insurance and resolve eligibility issues before scheduled appointments.
  • Collect co-pays, deductibles, and account balances.
  • Perform front-desk protocols efficiently and accurately while managing multiple tasks.
