  • Ability to manage a significant performance-based incentive structure tied directly to delivered results.
  • Willingness to work as an operator on the shop floor, in customer conversations, and in the financials.

  • Strong work ethic and character.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain full accountability for revenue, gross margin, and operating profit at the Colorado Springs location.
  • Manage cash, receivables, working capital, and vendor terms on a weekly and monthly basis.

  • Identify and vet local partnerships, sub-tier vendors, and expansion opportunities.
  • Hire and develop middle management under the accountable manager.
  • Recruit and retain A&P mechanics, avionics technicians, and apprentices.
  • Set standards, conduct performance conversations, and make necessary personnel decisions.
Desired Qualifications
  • Prior FBO, MRO, or aviation-services P&L experience.
  • A&P certification, FAA experience, or a pilot certificate.
  • Prior government contracting exposure, including FAR/DFARS and prime-subcontractor relationships.
  • Experience with post-acquisition integration or turnaround work.
