Requirements
  • A relevant Degree or A-levels are preferred
  • The candidate will be expected to study towards a relevant professional qualification (preferably ACCA or ACA)
  • Previous experience of working effectively in a team environment
  • Computer literacy skills are essential

  • A willingness to read and interpret domestic and EU regulations and legislation is desirable
Responsibilities
  • Deliver the daily cashflow monitoring obligations for a portfolio of depositary clients. This includes working with a team and/or with the client to source relevant documentation, to support any cash flow activity observed in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Assist with the maintenance and monitoring of routine depositary information requests and queries through correspondence with the client and/or other Aztec products and jurisdictions.
  • Providing support in verifying the ownership of the assets of a fund.
  • With the support of your team, collate documentation from internal and external sources that supports our clients’ fund investment activity both as it occurs and for periodic reconfirmations.
  • Maintain accurate fund asset safekeeping records on relevant software, including SharePoint.
  • Support process design, development and improvement activities.
  • Issuing client invoices and supporting the client billing process.
