Pay Range:

$34.00 - $51.00Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Critical Care team. Ideal candidates are patient-focused, mission-driven caregivers looking for an opportunity to apply clinical knowledge while caring for our sickest and most vulnerable patients. RNs in this setting provide high-quality medical care alongside a healing touch and compassionate presence to support patients and families during joyful, stressful, and uncertain times.

Position Specifics:
Department: Emergency Department
Core Function: Nursing
Schedule: Full-Time Nights, 36 hours/week (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Weekend and holiday rotation
Facility: St. Anthony’s Hospital
Location: Effingham, IL
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
Compensation: Compensation that aligns with your experience, plus shift differentials for nights and weekends

Education Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice is required.
• Bachelor’s of science in nursing is preferred.

Experience Qualifications

• Critical Care Nursing experience is preferred.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice is required. Wisconsin: RNs may practice with a valid multi-state RN license as outlined in the Nurse Licensure Compact rules.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) are required based on the patient population in the specialty area worked.
• Specialty certifications based on patient population such as Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN), and Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) are preferred.
