- Resolve maintenance issues in the area of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
- Manage the make-ready and apartment turnover process with attention to detail and timeliness so apartments can be leased and new residents can move in
- Preserve the beauty of the building and the safety of the community through general upkeep, cleanliness, and grounds maintenance
- Sustain peak efficiency operation levels for all property components
- Adhere to applicable building, county, and safety codes/standards, while running an accident-free operation
- Reinforce monthly staffing schedules, ensuring 24/7 emergency coverage
- EPA certification Type II or Universal is a plus

Cottonwood Residential financed the purchase with an approximately $48 million loan from Berkadia Commercial Mortgage.
