Amentum is now hiring for several Program Analyst (All Levels) positions in support of the Field, Lab and Air Integration / Experimentation / Modeling and Risk Reduction office at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD and other locations. This project will provide the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM), Command, Control, Computers, Communications, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Research (C5ISR) Center services to include programmatic/business management services, engineering support services, field engineering, laboratory, logistics, and acquisition / administrative support services to augment FLAIR core Government personnel and turn-key solutions to support the missions of FLAIR and its associated Managers and customers. This support will be conducted in close coordination with Government project leads within FLAIR.

The candidate will perform the following duties:
Compiles information for preparation of grants, contracts and agreements.
Assesses the development of program or project activities.
Responds to program or project related complaints and requests for information.
Classifies program, project or system enhancements. Installs new and revised programs and systems.
Performs research and analysis in the development of program or project activities.
Participates in the development and implementation of goals and objectives.
Interprets and applies policies and procedures.
Performs research and prepares studies as required.
Must have knowledge to be able to gather the appropriate data that will be used to plan, analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of operating programs.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business discipline.
1-10+ years’ experience.
8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education.
Must have an Active TOP SECRET US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain a TOP SECRET Clearance.
Compensation:
HIRING SALARY RANGE: $70,000 - $200,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.).
