Responsibilities

  • Assesses the development of program or project activities.
  • Responds to program or project related complaints and requests for information.
  • Classifies program, project or system enhancements.
  • Installs new and revised programs and systems.
  • Performs research and analysis in the development of program or project activities.
  • Participates in the development and implementation of goals and objectives.
  • Interprets and applies policies and procedures.
  • Performs research and prepares studies as required.
  • Must have knowledge to be able to gather the appropriate data that will be used to plan, analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of operating programs.
  • Other duties as assigned.
