Responsibilities

  • Educating customers on new products/trends, ensuring accurate transmission of their product order, responding to customer inquiries, collecting all monies owed and solving shipment issues
  • Provide custom shipping instructions to operations, arrange for export inspections, liaise with logistics and freight forwarders to coordinate shipments
  • Act as the first point of contact for all customers in portfolio and provide counsel on all products and services offered by IFG
  • Proactive customer contact to solicit new orders and inquire on potential sales
