Requirements
  • The candidate must be enrolled in a Master’s program at a business school or equivalent university.
  • The candidate must demonstrate confidentiality and discretion.
  • The candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team.
  • The candidate must be proficient in written and spoken English and French.
  • The candidate must have good command of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • The candidate must have practical knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software, particularly Photoshop and InDesign.
Responsibilities
  • Identify on-site communication needs and opportunities for accommodation, food and beverage, and wellness activities in collaboration with operational teams, and develop appropriate materials.
  • Design and produce visual and promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and menus, in accordance with the Peninsula group brand guidelines.
  • Participate in designing and updating sales tools, including presentations, newsletters, and offers, for commercial and operational teams.
  • Maintain and organize the hotel’s photo library, ensuring the quality and currency of available visuals.
  • Monitor customer comments on major online review platforms, including Google, TripAdvisor, and Expedia, and draft appropriate responses with relevant departments.
  • Work with the Digital and Brand Marketing Director to analyze web performance and prepare monthly and quarterly reports for hotel management and executives.
  • Monitor online review platforms and social networks to track media coverage of the hotel and competing hotels, identifying best practices and improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct regular competitive monitoring of online reputation and industry trends, and communicate findings to management.
  • Analyze online customer feedback and propose recommendations for continuous improvement of the customer experience.
  • Moderate online content and ensure compliance with the Peninsula Paris brand image.
  • Monitor mentions and interactions related to the hotel and its services on social networks.
  • Participate in organizing photo and video shoots, including logistics, coordination, and venue preparation, with agencies and internal teams.
  • Capture internal content for communications needs, including meetings, internal events, and launches, and occasionally for external social networks.
  • Participate in creating editorial and visual content in accordance with defined editorial guidelines.
Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Illustrator and Premiere Pro is a plus.
  • HTML skills are appreciated.
  • An interest in photography is appreciated.
  • A first internship experience in marketing and/or luxury hospitality is a plus.
