Requirements
  • 4+ years of business development and/or partner management experience, preferably working at or with related industries
  • Experience in high-growth firms
  • Blend of technical awareness and financial savvy to develop an end-to-end view of technical effort and commercial value
  • Ability to translate and apply our value proposition to partner goals, and navigate large enterprises to build relationships with stakeholders across departments
  • Excellent communication skills, prioritization and the ability to navigate competing demands
  • Strong team player and ability to succeed in fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, while maintaining high levels of operational rigor, problem solving, business acumen, and positive attitude
Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships with external product and strategic partners
  • Design and execute a partnership strategy for each of your partners: set and communicate ambitious partnership goals, hold external partners accountable for performance and contractual commitments
  • Serve as primary relationship owner with partners for pipeline reviews, sales trainings, escalations, and work cross-functionally within Slope to secure the necessary resources to drive business outcomes
  • Support relevant strategic projects from start to finish, ensuring timely execution of strategy, clear communication of goals both internally and externally, and leading the go-to-market for relevant initiatives
