Responsibilities
  • Define and champion the product vision in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Develop and implement the product strategy to achieve the product vision.
  • Define and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and improvements according to their impact and feasibility.
  • Evaluate product performance using key performance indicators and metrics to support ongoing success and data-driven decisions.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to identify growth opportunities and industry trends.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, including interviews, surveys, and analytics, to understand user needs, behaviors, and frustrations.
  • Formulate hypotheses about potential solutions and plan and execute validation tests, including prototypes, user tests, and A/B tests.
  • Own the implementation and continuous updating of the product roadmap based on deliveries and product-discovery learnings.
  • Pilot the team’s delivery by ensuring each iteration adds product value, tracking sprint progress, and ensuring product quality.
  • Communicate product requirements to development teams and promptly address their questions and concerns.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from design through testing, launch, and commercialization.
  • Coordinate closely with development, design, marketing, sales, and support teams to maintain product alignment and consistency.
  • Establish effective governance to support smooth communication and rapid decision-making.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate product success after launch.
  • Establish mechanisms for collecting user feedback and analyzing data to identify continuous-improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure the product continually evolves based on data, user feedback, and market developments.
