Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver classroom sessions, virtual workshops, and self-paced modules supporting new digital tools and processes.

  • Partner with Learning & Development to create resources in enterprise-wide training systems and integrate them into onboarding and ongoing education programs.
  • Serve as a super user and provide first-line support during transitions to new digital platforms.
  • Monitor user adoption rates, identify obstacles, and implement targeted actions to address barriers.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Transformation Lead on communication and adoption strategies for digital initiatives.
  • Contribute to change management processes by fostering awareness, minimizing resistance, and encouraging organizational engagement.
  • Gather rollout feedback and recommend and facilitate improvements to systems and processes.
  • Partner with Product Owners, End User Managers, and Operations Managers to align training with business needs.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing by organizing pilot groups and documenting test outcomes.
  • Maintain refresher training and onboarding programs focused on digital platforms and tools.
  • Handle day-to-day user support, resolve common issues, and escalate higher-level troubleshooting to Product Owners.
  • Track usage metrics and assist in defining key performance indicators to measure adoption success.
  • Recommend enhancements to training programs and digital workflows based on end-user feedback.
  • Keep current with industry best practices to improve digital adoption and training delivery methods.
