Requirements
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is required.
  • Knowledge of marketing and communications principles, tools, and techniques, with a proven track record in developing effective marketing and promotional plans, implementing related tactics, and conducting basic market research.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 products.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing tools and platforms, including website analytics, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, search engine optimization, social media, and email marketing.
  • Two to four years of related experience in brand and/or services marketing, preferably in a complex healthcare environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing and communications planning, market research, multi-channel marketing campaign development and execution, and independently managing multiple assignments and timelines.
  • Demonstrated strong oral, written, and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and implement market research, including focus groups, market data analyses, competitor analyses, telephone and online consumer surveys, and general online research, and use the results to inform promotional and marketing goals and tactics.
  • Suggest operational adjustments to maximize the effectiveness of marketed programs and services.
  • Develop marketing plans for assigned affiliates, partners, departments, and service lines.
  • Oversee and coordinate implementation of marketing activities and tactics, including internal and external communications strategies, program development, and physician outreach and promotion strategies.
  • Present or assist with presenting interim findings and final marketing plans to obtain input and approval from leadership and stakeholders.
  • Develop integrated campaign strategies aligned with organizational goals, audience insights, and brand positioning.
  • Define campaign objectives, key messages, target audiences, success metrics, and timelines.
  • Select and coordinate appropriate marketing channels, including digital, email, social, paid media, print, and events.
  • Build comprehensive campaign plans and briefs to guide internal teams and external partners.
  • Coordinate end-to-end campaign execution and ensure consistent messaging and creative across all channels.
  • Collaborate with creative, web, digital marketing, content, communications, public relations, and external affairs teams to execute integrated campaigns.
  • Work with the project manager to create production schedules, approvals, and deliverables that support on-time launches and execution.
  • Ensure campaign elements adhere to brand standards, regulatory requirements, and quality expectations.
  • Establish key performance indicators tied to brand and digital metrics and healthcare outcomes such as patient engagement, appointment requests, referrals, and service line growth.
  • Monitor campaign performance across channels and adjust tactics to improve results.
  • Analyze data and insights to evaluate effectiveness, return on investment, and audience engagement.
  • Prepare performance reports and recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage campaign budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
  • Capture campaign learnings and best practices to inform future planning.
  • Stay current on emerging marketing channels, tools, and trends.
  • Prepare formal reports assessing marketing effectiveness and client satisfaction, and adjust plans and actions accordingly.
  • Survey clients after projects to assess satisfaction, tactic effectiveness, schedule adherence, and budget adherence, and elicit improvement suggestions.
  • Prepare regular reports on progress toward specified marketing goals, priorities, and campaigns for internal and external audiences.
  • Maintain regular contact with assigned affiliates, partners, and service lines to gather and share news and information about client activities, achievements, and plans.
  • Support quality improvement, program development enhancement, and client satisfaction.
  • Participate in educational activities to keep technical skills current and stay informed about healthcare trends, regulations, and legislation.
  • Maintain knowledge of market trends and market data affecting the organization and its affiliates and services.
  • Use market information to guide consultation, planning, targeting, and content of marketing efforts.
  • Provide functional supervision of support staff on a project basis by directing work within project scope, providing guidance and counsel, and providing input for performance evaluation.

(“TriSalus” or the “company”), an oncology company in the process of going public through a business combination transaction (the “Business Combination”) with MedTech Acquisition Corporation (Nasdaq: MTAC) (“MedTech” or “MTAC”), today announced that it has expanded the reach of its ongoing Pressure-Enabled Regional Immuno-Oncology™ (“PERIO™-01” and “PERIO™-02”) clinical program.In recent months TriSalus has opened five new PERIO™-01 (NCT04935229) clinical trial sites, at Stanford University Hospitals, University of California Los Angeles, University of Colorado’s Anschutz Medical Campus, University of Washington Medical Center and University of Miami’s Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center, in addition to five previously activated sites.
