Prelude Security offers a continuous security testing platform that validates and hardens defenses by running lightweight, RAM-resident probes on production endpoints to safely emulate attacker behavior. Its flagship Prelude Detect continuously tests production machines at scale to verify that security configurations are correct and defenses respond to current threats such as CVEs and advisories. The platform provides real-time security assessments and attack simulations without fear-based marketing, focusing on transparency. Prelude differentiates itself with production-level validation via ephemeral probes and integrations, like with CrowdStrike Falcon, to create a self-optimizing security loop; its goal is to keep customers' security posture accurate and up-to-date against the latest threats.
