Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certification is a plus).
  • At least 3 years of experience as an HRBP or similar role, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and workforce management in operational settings.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with senior stakeholders and manage HR projects independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence across levels.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with frontline and blue-collar workforce exposure.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand operational goals and deliver HR strategies that support performance, productivity, and employee engagement.
  • Support headcount planning, recruitment coordination, and talent pipeline development aligned with business needs.
  • Provide guidance on employee issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Lead performance review cycles, identify high-potential talent, and support leadership development initiatives.
  • Support organizational changes including restructures, expansions, and process optimization projects.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies, and drive consistent application of HR practices across logistics sites.
  • Provide insights and reporting on HR metrics such as turnover, engagement, absenteeism, and productivity.
Desired Qualifications
  • Master’s or HR certification is a plus.
