Requirements
  • 8+ Years of expertise in advanced people and data analytics
  • Strong command of BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) and data methods (SQL, Python, R, or equivalent)
  • Hands-on experience with Workday data structures, including Studio integrations, calculated fields, and advanced reporting/analytics
  • Proven ability to design and manage data pipelines from Workday into BI and analytics environments
  • Track record of applying predictive and prescriptive analytics to people or organizational challenges
  • Excellent communication and data storytelling skills with a track record of influencing leadership decisions
  • Knowledge of governance, compliance, and security practices (GDPR, CCPA)
Responsibilities
  • Modernize People Analytics and elevate impact: define standards for reporting, data quality, and analysis; move from descriptive dashboards to predictive/prescriptive models; apply statistical modeling, forecasting, and AI
  • Build the data foundation: create scalable pipelines from Workday and other People systems; ensure integrity, consistency, and easy access; leverage Workday Studio, calculated fields, and advanced reporting; partner with People Systems to evolve the HRIS for advanced analytics and self-serve reporting
  • Turn data into decisions: craft clear, compelling stories that shape workforce planning, retention, performance, and org health; present insights simply to leaders; make complex analyses understandable and actionable for diverse audiences
  • Drive adoption and culture: embed insights into talent processes and business planning with leaders; raise data literacy and build self-serve tools and frameworks; bring in new methods and benchmarks via internal and external networks; mentor colleagues and foster curiosity, continuous improvement, and thoughtful use of data
